By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the bbddkk platform (available at https://bbddkk.net and associated subdomains), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the Privacy Policy and all additional rules, guidelines, and policies referenced herein or published separately on the platform. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and bbddkk.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the bbddkk platform. Continued use of any feature of the platform — including browsing game lobbies, placing bets, making deposits or withdrawals, or contacting customer support — constitutes your acceptance of these terms as amended from time to time.

bbddkk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to registered players. Contractual Capacity

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you, and that you are not subject to any legal prohibition, court order, or regulatory restriction that would prevent you from using an online gambling or betting service.

Account Security Obligations

You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account. bbddkk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Select a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP where offered by the platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared devices.
• Notify bbddkk customer support immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Account Information Updates

You must promptly update your account information if any of the details you provided at registration change. Currency Policy

BDT and INR accounts are maintained separately. Funds held in a BDT account cannot be automatically converted to INR and vice versa. All bet settlements, bonus credits, and withdrawal requests are processed in the currency of the account from which the activity originated. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote Bangladeshi Taka amounts.

All sports bets placed on bbddkk are subject to the applicable betting rules for the relevant sport and market type. Sports Betting

• All pre-match and in-play bets are final once confirmed on the bet slip. Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after confirmation except where a Cash Out facility is available and exercised before the event concludes.
• Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds locked in at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settlement of the bet.

• bbddkk reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price resulting from a manifest error, software fault, or data feed failure, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed or the event has concluded.

Casino and Arcade Games

All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to this general bonus policy. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this general policy, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games are stated in the individual promotion's terms.

• Registering or operating more than one account on bbddkk, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game to generate winnings not achievable under normal gameplay conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets across accounts to manipulate the outcome of a bet or exploit a promotional offer.
• Using the bbddkk platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit made to your bbddkk account via your payment provider after the funds have been used for gambling activity.
• Engaging in any conduct on the platform's live chat, community features, or support channels that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory toward bbddkk staff or other players.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

bbddkk employs a range of technical, procedural, and human review measures to detect prohibited conduct. Investigations may be conducted without prior notice to the account holder. During an active investigation, the relevant account may be restricted from withdrawals or gameplay at bbddkk's sole discretion.

The bbddkk platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While bbddkk takes all reasonable measures to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, errors, or technical failures at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbddkk shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any losses resulting from reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game results, or promotional terms, where such information was subject to a manifest error.
• Any service interruptions caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, power failures, internet service provider outages, or actions by third-party payment processors.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature whatsoever, even if bbddkk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where bbddkk is found to be directly liable to you for a specific incident, that liability shall be capped at the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

bbddkk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the player's own request.

Suspension by bbddkk

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified via their registered email or mobile number where reasonably practicable. During the suspension period, access to the account balance, withdrawal functions, and all gameplay features will be restricted. bbddkk will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the account holder.

Closure by the Player

Any player may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the bbddkk customer support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled to the player's registered payment method. Any active bonus balances that have not met the stated wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion
